An opportunity has arisen due to retirement to becoming our Workshop? Production Manager at our base near Salisbury. The hands on role will encompass: Managing the production department Stock control Subcontractor liaison Workshop loading Customer liaison and support The person will need a good working knowledge of computers and computer production systems and experience of mechanical and electrical systems is essential. Working directly with a small team of assembly technicians and management to achieve a smooth running operation The person will be encouraged to suggest new ideas for efficient production techniques in a busy ever evolving environment.
